Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide when you register (email, name), when you add MT5 accounts (account credentials are encrypted and stored to connect to your broker), and when you use the app (trades, journal entries, settings).

We use Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js) on our website to understand how visitors use our site and to improve it. Google Analytics automatically collects certain data when you visit ordextrader.com (or our other domains).

Data collected by Google Analytics includes:

• IP address (anonymized in GA4 by default in many regions)
• Approximate geographic location (e.g. country, region, city)
• Device and browser information (e.g. device type, browser type and version, operating system)
• Pages and screens you view, and the order and time of your visits
• Referring site or campaign (how you arrived at our site)
• Interactions (e.g. page views, scrolls, outbound link clicks) and related timestamps
• Session and engagement data (e.g. session duration, bounce)

We use this data only for analytics and to improve our website and services. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising purposes. Data is processed by Google according to Google’s Privacy Policy. Retention of analytics data is determined by Google’s policies and our configuration (e.g. event data retention in GA4).

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your Google Ads settings. Opting out does not affect your ability to use the Ordex app or website.

We use your data to provide the Ordex service: syncing trades, sending webhooks to MT5, storing your journal and analytics, and sending notifications you configure. We do not sell your data to third parties.

MT5 passwords are encrypted before storage. We use industry-standard practices and secure infrastructure. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings.
