Email notifications

Ordex sends email for you. You do not need to enter your own SMTP server or mail credentials. In Settings → Notifications, add an Email channel and enter only the recipient email address where you want to receive alerts. All notification emails are sent by Ordex using our email provider.

Supported events: trade opened, trade closed, daily summary, risk alert, EA disconnected. You can choose which events to receive per channel.

Discord and Telegram

For Discord, create a webhook in your server (Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks) and paste the webhook URL in Ordex when adding a Discord channel.

For Telegram, create a bot with @BotFather, then add the bot token and your chat ID in Ordex. You can get your chat ID by messaging your bot and visiting https://api.telegram.org/botYOUR_TOKEN/getUpdates.

If notifications don’t arrive

Delivery depends on Ordex and, for email, our email provider. If you don’t receive an email: check your spam folder; confirm the recipient address in Settings is correct; and ensure the channel is enabled and the event is selected. For Discord/Telegram, verify the webhook URL or bot token and chat ID. Check Settings → Notifications for any error state on the channel.
